Day Care Attendant

Teletaleem is seeking a dedicated Day Care Assistant with 2-3 years of relevant experience to join their team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and supporting children in a safe and nurturing environment. This role requires hands-on involvement in daily activities, ensuring the well-being and development of each child. The position is based at the I-9/3 Islamabad location and requires the candidate to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and security.
- Assist children with daily living tasks such as mealtimes, dressing, bathroom needs, and personal hygiene while maintaining their comfort.
- Organize and engage children in educational activities, including games, arts, and crafts.
- Support the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth of children.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized childcare environment.
- Adhere to daycare policies, health guidelines, and safety procedures consistently.
- Communicate effectively with parents and senior childcare staff regarding children’s daily activities and needs.
- Help manage children’s behavior and promote positive interactions among them.
- Promptly report any accidents, injuries, or concerns to the supervisor.

Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience working in a daycare or similar childcare setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and safety protocols.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and patient demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for children.
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to commute or relocate to Islamabad before starting work.
