Daycare Nanny

Our valued client, EasyPaisa, one of Pakistan’s leading digital financial services providers, is seeking an experienced and responsible Day Care Attendant to join their team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in a nurturing day care environment. This role requires a compassionate individual who can organize engaging activities, maintain cleanliness, and support children’s social and self-care skills while adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Organize and conduct age-appropriate educational, recreational, and creative activities, including daily circle time, storytelling, rhymes, and early learning sessions.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of day care areas, toys, equipment, and activity spaces.
- Follow day care policies, health and safety regulations, and emergency procedures diligently.
- Assist children during meal times and rest periods, providing attentive care.
- Keep accurate attendance and daily activity records.
- Encourage positive behavior, good manners, and social skills among children.
- Prepare activity materials and arrange play areas before and after use.
- Ensure all toys, learning aids, and equipment are properly sanitized and stored.
- Support children in developing social, communication, and self-care skills.
- Monitor children during both indoor and outdoor activities to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist with the receiving and handing over of children according to day care procedures.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or damages promptly to the Supervisor.
- Monitor day care supplies and notify the Supervisor when replenishment is needed.
- Assist in organizing special events, celebrations, and additional learning activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Education: Matriculation or Intermediate level education.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a day care or child care setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of child safety, hygiene, and early childhood development principles.
- Ability to communicate effectively with children and parents.
- Responsible, patient, and attentive to children’s needs.
