Our valued client, EasyPaisa, one of Pakistan’s leading digital financial services providers, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Day Care Attendant to join their team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in the day care environment. This role requires a responsible individual who can create a nurturing and educational atmosphere while maintaining cleanliness and adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Organize and conduct age-appropriate educational, recreational, and creative activities.
- Lead daily circle time, storytelling sessions, rhymes, and early learning exercises.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of day care areas, toys, equipment, and activity spaces.
- Follow day care policies, health and safety guidelines, and emergency procedures diligently.
- Assist children during meal times and rest periods to provide comfort and care.
- Keep accurate attendance and daily activity records.
- Encourage positive behavior, good manners, and social skills among children.
- Prepare activity materials and arrange play areas before and after use.
- Ensure all toys, learning aids, and equipment are properly sanitized and stored.
- Support children in developing social, communication, and self-care skills.
- Monitor children during both indoor and outdoor activities to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist with the receiving and handing over of children in accordance with day care procedures.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or damages promptly to the Supervisor.
- Monitor day care supplies and notify the Supervisor when replenishment is needed.
- Assist in organizing special events, celebrations, and additional learning activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Matriculation or Intermediate.
- Prior experience in a day care or child care setting is preferred to ensure familiarity with child supervision and activity planning.
