The Debriefing Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing the end-of-day debriefing process for delivery personnel. This role ensures the accurate recording of delivery statuses, returned parcels, and operational issues. The supervisor plays a critical part in maintaining smooth communication between delivery teams and internal departments, ensuring compliance with company policies and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and monitor daily debriefing schedules for delivery staff to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Review and reconcile delivery documentation and records, identifying and escalating discrepancies to relevant teams.
- Coordinate closely with operations, finance, and customer support departments to resolve delivery and payment-related issues.
- Train, guide, and supervise debriefing staff to maintain high performance and adherence to procedures.
- Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the debriefing process.
- Prepare and submit regular performance and exception reports to management for review.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in team supervision, staff coordination, and performance monitoring, preferably within frontline operations or logistics environments.
- Strong skills in data entry and documentation review to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with delivery personnel and cross-functional teams, including conflict resolution skills.
- Solid organizational and time management capabilities to handle multiple debriefing cycles and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, spreadsheets, and operational dashboards; familiarity with logistics or courier management software is advantageous.
