The Debriefing Supervisor is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing the end-of-day debriefing process for delivery personnel. This role ensures accurate recording of delivery statuses, returned parcels, and any operational issues. The supervisor will organize and monitor debriefing schedules, review documentation, reconcile records, and escalate discrepancies to the appropriate teams. Coordination with operations, finance, and customer support is essential to address delivery and payment-related concerns while maintaining compliance with company policies and service standards. Additionally, the Debriefing Supervisor will train and guide debriefing staff, implement process improvements, and prepare regular performance and exception reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily debriefing process for delivery teams, ensuring accurate and timely data capture.
- Organize debriefing schedules and monitor staff adherence to timelines.
- Review and reconcile delivery documentation and records, identifying and escalating discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and customer support to resolve delivery and payment issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service quality standards throughout the debriefing process.
- Train, supervise, and mentor debriefing staff to maintain high performance and accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance, exceptions, and operational insights.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in team supervision, staff coordination, and performance monitoring, preferably in frontline operations or logistics environments.
- Strong skills in data entry and documentation review with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including conflict resolution and effective interaction with delivery personnel and cross-functional teams.
- Solid organizational and time management skills to manage multiple debriefing cycles and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfortable using computer systems, spreadsheets, and operational dashboards; familiarity with logistics or courier management software is an advantage.
- Previous experience in courier, logistics, e-commerce operations, or related industries is preferred.
- Educational background such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, operations management, or a related field is beneficial.
