Decor & Design Consultant

Grand Nexus is looking for a creative and articulate Decor & Design Consultant to join our team in Lahore. This role involves working closely with high-profile clients to bring their visions to life through unique and customized event and wedding decor concepts. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics and the ability to transform client ideas into stunning, cohesive designs that elevate any occasion.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Lead initial consultations to understand client needs and preferences. Manage decor bookings and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Concept and Theme Development: Develop and present bespoke event themes, color palettes, and overall aesthetic directions tailored to each client’s vision.

Aesthetic Advisory: Provide expert guidance on floral arrangements, lighting designs, material textures, spatial layouts, and color harmony to ensure a balanced and luxurious look.

On-Site Execution: Oversee event setups to guarantee flawless delivery that aligns with approved design plans, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards.

Required Qualifications

Education: A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Spatial Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is essential.

Design and Aesthetic Sense: Demonstrated ability to recognize and apply visual balance, luxury textures, spatial layouts, and harmonious color combinations.

Communication: Highly articulate and confident, with strong persuasive skills for client consultations and presentations.

Client Management: Proven experience in translating client preferences into refined, tailored design solutions that exceed expectations.
