Female Event Sale Coordinator

Dedication Events and Kitchen seeks a dedicated Female Event Sale Coordinator with 2 years of experience to drive our event sales activities. The ideal candidate should have completed education from Matric to Intermediate level and possess strong skills in client relationship management, lead generation, and telemarketing. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities and maintaining client satisfaction to support the companys growth objectives. The Event Sale Coordinator plays a vital role in coordinating sales efforts for various events handled by Dedication Events and Kitchen. The position requires excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to engage potential clients and close sales. While this role does not include managing a team, it requires a strong individual contributor who can effectively manage multiple sales tasks independently. The coordinator will regularly engage with prospective clients, promote event packages, and handle follow-ups to secure contracts.
Responsibilities

Identify potential clients and generate leads through targeted telemarketing and other outreach methods.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with event teams to understand offerings and effectively communicate these to clients.
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and event bookings.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and event requirements.
