Quality Control Officer

Dekalb Trade Voice is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Officer with a minimum of three years of experience to join our team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional responsible for ensuring that our products and services consistently meet established quality standards. The officer will work closely with different departments to monitor, inspect, and improve quality processes without managing a team. The Quality Control Officer conducts regular evaluations of processes and outputs, implements corrective actions as needed, and maintains thorough documentation of quality control activities. This position plays a key role in maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations while fostering continuous improvement in all quality-related areas.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections and evaluations of products, materials, and processes to ensure they meet quality standards.
Monitor quality control procedures and identify areas for improvement or non-compliance.
Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to resolve quality issues.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results, test data, and corrective actions.
Collaborate with production and operational teams to promote quality awareness and compliance.
Assist in the development and review of quality control policies and procedures.
Verify that all products and processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare reports summarizing quality control results and present findings to management.
Monitor quality metrics and trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Support audits and inspections conducted by internal and external stakeholders.
