PR / Influencer Relations Executive

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated PR and Influencer Relations Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing strategic PR and marketing campaigns, managing influencer partnerships, organizing both indoor and outdoor events, and overseeing our referral programs. You will play a key role in enhancing our public image, engaging with influencers, and ensuring our events and campaigns are impactful.

Public Relations & Marketing:

Develop and execute effective public relations strategies to enhance the image and presence of Hope Enterprises.
Coordinate and manage social media campaigns and create content that aligns with brand objectives.
Monitor the success of PR campaigns and adjust strategies based on analytics and performance metrics.

Influencer Marketing:

Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with influencers to enhance brand presence.
Develop, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Measure the impact of influencer campaigns and report on their effectiveness and ROI.
Build long-lasting relationships with influencers and partners to continuously improve brand awareness.

Referral Programs:

Develop and manage referral programs exclusively for brand ambassadors and influencers to incentivize them for referring new clients.
Track and analyze the performance of referral programs, ensuring ambassadors and influencers meet their targets.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align referral programs with overall business goals and brand objectives.
Create and execute innovative campaigns to engage brand ambassadors and influencers in promoting referral programs and driving growth.

Event Management:

Plan, manage, and execute both indoor and outdoor events, including corporate events, product launches, conferences, and brand activations.

Ensure all events are executed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed expectations.
Coordinate logistics, manage vendor relations, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver memorable events.
Post-event analysis to measure success and identify areas of improvement for future events.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or event management.
Proven ability to manage influencer relations and execute PR strategies.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Proficiency in digital tools, social media platforms, and campaign analytics.
Creative, resourceful, and results-driven.
