Hope Enterprises is hiring an energetic and customer-focused Sales Representative (Outlet) for our retail outlet in Lahore. We are looking for a professional sales person with strong retail skills—who can handle walk-in customers, meet sales targets, and deliver an excellent in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend the right products (cameras, lenses, audio gear, accessories).
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and strong after-sales support.
Demonstrate products and explain features confidently.
Handle billing support, order placement, and basic sales documentation.
Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and stock arrangement.
Keep outlet clean, organized, and brand-representative at all times.
Coordinate with the team for stock updates, promotions, and new arrivals.
Report daily sales performance and customer feedback to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Education: Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred
Experience: 1–3 years in outlet/retail sales (electronics, mobiles, fashion outlets, brand stores).
Excellent communication and customer dealing skills.
Confident personality with strong selling and persuasion ability.
Target-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge (POS/billing and MS Excel is a plus)
