We are looking for an experienced Delivery Management Leader to oversee the end-to-end delivery of impactful AI solutions within the Fintech sector. This role involves leading cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of enterprise programs. The focus will be on enhancing operational efficiency, scalability, and accelerating time-to-market for innovative AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire delivery lifecycle for client engagements, including strategic planning, implementation, governance, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure consistent achievement of delivery metrics such as scope, schedule adherence, quality, budget compliance, and operational KPIs across all projects.
- Manage multiple project portfolios and large cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration among engineering, quality assurance, business analysis, architecture, and DevOps domains.
- Develop and implement delivery strategies that align with client objectives and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and onsite leadership teams, maintaining accountability for all delivery aspects.
- Guide teams in establishing engineering (EngX) processes to optimize project execution.
- Lead project kick-offs, team setup, and ongoing project management activities to ensure smooth delivery.
- Manage client expectations regarding deliverables and proactively resolve any impediments faced by internal teams.
- Identify and communicate project risks to clients, providing consultation on software development lifecycle (SDLC) inefficiencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local client stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all delivery-related matters.
- Facilitate new project kick-offs by planning transition and discovery phases, preparing necessary documentation, and coordinating client-side arrangements.
- Conduct regular status meetings with internal teams and clients to provide updates and ensure alignment.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and evolve existing projects to add further value.
Required Qualifications
- 15 to 19 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 8 years in delivery leadership roles.
- Strong background in application development, particularly with Java and .NET technologies.
- Proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
- Demonstrated success in managing and delivering enterprise-level AI programs.
- Skilled in solution design and architecture for AI initiatives that drive improvements in efficiency, scalability, and time-to-market.
