Delivery Manager (ELV Systems Execution)

Avanceon is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager for ELV Systems to oversee and coordinate execution support activities for projects based in Saudi Arabia, operating from the Pakistan office. This role involves close collaboration with the Project Manager in KSA, customers, consultants, vendors, and internal engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and execution support runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of ELV systems and excellent skills in coordination, communication, and project execution management.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary liaison between the KSA Project Manager, customers, consultants, and Pakistan-based engineering teams.
- Support the entire project delivery lifecycle, from engineering through to execution closure.
- Lead and manage internal engineering and drafting teams to ensure timely submission of all deliverables.
- Coordinate execution activities related to BMS, PAVA, ICT, CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, and Fire Alarm Systems.
- Review and monitor design submissions, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation.
- Ensure engineering deliverables are prepared and submitted according to the project schedule.
- Manage technical correspondence, including RFIs, consultant comments, and project-related communications.
- Collaborate with site teams and the Project Manager for technical clarifications and execution support.
- Track project deliverables, pending approvals, engineering logs, and documentation status.
- Ensure closure of consultant comments and implementation of approved revisions.
- Assist in planning project priorities and resource allocation for engineering support activities.
- Conduct regular coordination meetings with internal teams and provide status updates to management.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and communication trails for all projects.
- Support procurement and material coordination teams with technical clarifications as needed.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Strong understanding of ELV systems execution and project coordination.
- Proven experience handling engineering documentation and consultant coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including customers, consultants, project managers, and engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and technical correspondence drafting skills.
- Proficient in managing technical submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and project documentation.
- Good knowledge of project execution workflows and engineering processes.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Familiarity with KSA project execution environments and consultant procedures is preferred.
