Delivery Rider

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Rider for a retail supermarket to ensure timely and safe delivery of customer orders. The role involves handling orders and cash transactions when necessary, maintaining the delivery motorcycle in good condition, adhering to traffic and company safety regulations, and providing courteous customer service. The ideal candidate will be punctual, honest, and physically fit, with a good understanding of local routes and basic smartphone/GPS usage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer orders safely and punctually.
- Handle orders and cash transactions accurately when required.
- Maintain the delivery bike to ensure it is in proper working condition.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines.
- Provide polite and professional customer service during deliveries.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level: Matric.
- Valid motorcycle driving license.
- Basic smartphone and GPS navigation skills.
- Good knowledge of local areas and routes.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Honest, punctual, responsible, and physically fit.
- Immediate availability to start work.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a delivery rider is preferred.
- A smartphone is required to manage deliveries efficiently.
- Monthly salary range: Rs 24,000 to Rs 25,000.
- Work location: On-site, requiring physical presence.
