Delivery Riders

Dastaq Logistics is seeking reliable and punctual Delivery Riders to join their team across multiple locations including Murree Road, Sohan, Zia Masjid, G-5, and F-5. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of packages while maintaining excellent customer service. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and effective communication with customers and supervisors. Delivery Riders will be expected to manage their assigned routes efficiently and handle all shipments with care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver packages and shipments safely and punctually to customers.
- Collect and hand over parcels following company procedures.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers at all times.
- Verify delivery details and obtain proof of delivery when required.
- Handle packages carefully to avoid damage or loss.
- Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules efficiently.
- Maintain company-provided delivery equipment, including delivery bags and motorcycles.
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns promptly to the supervisor.
- Comply with traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure safe delivery operations.

Required Qualifications:
- Valid motorcycle driving license.
- Ownership of a motorcycle is preferred or required.
- Good knowledge of local roads and areas within the assigned locations.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to use a smartphone for navigation and delivery updates.
- Previous experience in delivery or as a rider is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Candidates with prior delivery experience will have an advantage. The company offers a competitive salary package that includes a basic salary of Rs. 22,000 per month, an attendance allowance of Rs. 3,000 per month, and delivery incentives of Rs. 20 per successfully delivered shipment. Fuel allowances are provided based on the delivery route. Total earnings have the potential to increase depending on attendance and the number of deliveries completed. This position requires in-person work at the specified locations.
