We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and brand development in the food retail space. The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for food branding, a strong grasp of digital and traditional marketing, and a proven track record in driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Build and strengthen brand identity across all channels
- Lead digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM)
- Collaborate with product and sales teams for promotional campaigns
- Manage marketing budgets and analyze ROI on campaigns
- Oversee creative direction for packaging, advertisements, and promotional material
- Track consumer trends and competitor activities
- Manage external vendors, media agencies, and influencers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the food retail or FMCG industry
