The Demand Planning Lead will take full ownership of the Device Accessories category, which includes cases, screen protectors, accessories, and wireless chargers. This role involves managing demand, supply, and inventory health across a large SKU base that is highly sensitive to device launch timings, such as new iPhone, Pixel, and Samsung releases. You will be responsible for forecasting launches without historical sales data, setting initial order quantities, and managing weekly allocations across multiple regions and sales channels including D2C web, Amazon, retail, and Google.

This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams—Commercial, Marketplaces, Pricing, Product, Retail, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Data, and Senior Leadership—across the UK, Pakistan, and China. Reporting to the S&OP Manager in China, you will also line manage a Demand Planner based in Pakistan. The role is based in Lahore with a hybrid work model: on-site Monday to Thursday and optional remote work on Fridays, working hours from 10 am to 7 pm PKT.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new product demand planning for device launches (iPhone, Pixel, Samsung) including initial forecasts, assumptions, and scenario-based cash exposure, securing sign-off from stakeholders.
- Manage launch allocations, production planning alignment, weekly allocation updates, and Amazon restocks throughout the launch lifecycle.
- Monitor launch performance by product range, color, and channel to inform reorder decisions.
- Oversee monthly forecast updates for existing SKUs, quarterly corrections, and forecasts for accessories and wireless chargers.
- Handle reorder processes, ensuring compliance with supplier MOQs and approval workflows.
- Maintain inventory health by conducting weekly overstock reviews and collaborating with Commercial on pricing and discount strategies to clear excess stock.
- Coordinate stock movements including weekly allocations, hub-to-warehouse transfers, and Amazon fulfillment center logistics.
- Manage retail planning activities including NPD forecasts, initial order quantities, allocations, and stock prioritization between web and retail channels.
- Own category KPIs such as Availability, Forecast Accuracy (WAPE/bias), and Excess & Obsolete stock, embedding a reliable monthly S&OP cycle.
- Drive SKU portfolio productivity by simplifying the range and reducing complexity related to low MOQs.
- Collaborate extensively with multiple internal teams and senior leadership.
- Line manage, coach, and develop a junior Demand Planner.

Required Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience in demand planning, category planning, or S&OP within a fast-moving, high-SKU environment, with proven end-to-end ownership of monthly planning cycles.
- Expertise in new product launch forecasting tied to external launch dates, including scenario-based forecasting (downside, mid, upside) and initial order quantity setting without sales history.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, capable of managing large datasets (1,000+ SKUs), building models, and translating data into actionable insights.
- Ability to quantify trade-offs between availability and excess & obsolete stock in units, cash, and margin, and present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of production and supply constraints such as MOQ, lead times, capacity, and freight modes, along with warehouse and 3PL stock flows.
- Experience managing stock allocations and transfers across regions and channels (D2C, Amazon, retail).
- Proven experience in managing, coaching, or mentoring junior planners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in consumer electronics, mobile accessories, or categories driven by third-party launch calendars.
- Familiarity with Amazon marketplace planning including transfers and promotional events like Prime Day.
- Exposure to retail or wholesale forecasting alongside D2C channels.
- Background in tech, D2C, CPG, or FMCG industries.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or equivalent tools for KPI dashboard creation and analysis.
- Knowledge of SQL or data modeling.
- Relevant supply chain or planning certifications (e.g., APICS/CPIM, CIPS) and advanced Excel/data analysis credentials.

Benefits include:
- Hybrid working model with four days in the Lahore office to foster collaboration.
- Monthly travel and comprehensive health allowances.
- Long-term rewards including paid leave after five years of service.
- Competitive salary aligned with experience and impact.
- Dynamic, data-driven culture promoting innovation and growth.
- Professional development opportunities including training budgets and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Access to exclusive perks through Charlie HR.
- Global collaboration with international teams via regular virtual meetings and socials.
