Denovers LLC, a San Francisco-based Product Design Studio is looking for a UI UX Team Lead / Design Manager for its Karachi office.
An ideal candidate would be someone with experience in designing and managing product design teams along with exceptional communication skills. Someone who is comfortable and enjoys the hustling work lifestyle.
Your day-to-day work would be meeting and coordinating with clients across the globe, gathering requirements, managing the workflow of designers and frontend engineers, ensuring the quality output, managing deliveries, and feedback.
You would get a chance to manage multiple clients and projects at once in an extremely fast-paced environment (not to be cliché but we really do have multiple projects happening at the same time with quick turnarounds as this is our company model). This person will also be responsible for helping with day-to-day operations work including helping to manage internal projects, meetings, and process documentation.
You will be coordinating different product design and frontend projects in the company.
