Dental Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team and support dental professionals in delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing treatment rooms, assisting during dental procedures, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to patient interaction. The position is on-site and offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs10,000 to Rs30,000.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials required for various dental procedures. Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments by passing instruments and providing suction as needed. Take and process dental X-rays in accordance with applicable regulations. Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments, equipment, and treatment areas following strict infection-control protocols.

Prepare dental materials such as impressions, temporary materials, and restorative substances. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and provide clear post-treatment care instructions. Accurately record and update patient information, including medical histories and treatment notes.

Assist with scheduling appointments and perform other administrative tasks when necessary. Monitor and maintain dental supplies and inventory to ensure availability. Adhere to patient confidentiality standards, workplace safety guidelines, and infection-prevention requirements. Provide comfort and reassurance to patients before, during, and after dental procedures.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a monthly salary between Rs10,000 and Rs30,000. This is an in-person role requiring attendance at the dental facility.
