We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our prestigious dental clinic located in I-8 Markaz, Islamabad. This full-time position offers a great opportunity to be part of a professional and welcoming team. The role requires working on-site with a schedule from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with Sundays off. The monthly salary ranges from Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 40,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression of the clinic.
- Efficiently manage appointment scheduling by coordinating with dentists and patients to optimize daily operations.
- Handle patient inquiries both in person and over the phone, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Maintain and update patient records in the clinic’s management system with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist with billing and payment processing, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
- Coordinate with dental staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and support clinical activities as needed.
- Uphold the clinic’s standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and patient care at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a dental or healthcare environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Proficiency in managing appointment systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality.
- Professional demeanor with a friendly and approachable attitude.
