We’re growing fast and want a dedicated developer to join us directly (not through agencies).
Role
Work full-time for 1–2 months (trial) to learn our system inside out.
After trial: move to a part-time retainer (20h/week) with priority on bug fixes and backend features.
Fix bugs, improve stability, and develop backend logic.
Maintain and extend Laravel 8 backend (APIs, queues, jobs, policies, migrations).
Connect and support Next.js + TypeScript frontend (basic UI wiring only).
Collaborate directly with the founder (UK) via Slack + Trello, weekly async Loom updates.
Requirements
3+ years PHP Laravel (APIs, queues, jobs, policies, migrations).
Strong MySQL (query optimisation, indexing, migrations).
GitHub workflow (branches, pull requests, reviews).
Some experience with React/Next.js (hooks, API calls, TypeScript basics).
Good English (written + spoken).
Reliable, independent, long-term mindset.
Nice to Have (Bonus)
Stripe subscription billing.
Meta/Facebook API, Zapier, or webhook integrations.
Experience with AI-assisted dev (Cursor, ChatGPT, Copilot).
Familiarity with Azure Speech or Gemini AI integrations.

Compensation
PKR 200- 250k/month during full-time trial (1–2 months).
After trial: part-time retainer (20h/week) at PKR 100k Clear path for increases at 3–6 months if performance is strong.
