Key Responsibilities
- Closely monitor store orders, including OPL, HO, and manual orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain effective communication with Offer Management and suppliers to follow up on stock availability and delivery schedules.
- Manage stock levels within budget constraints while maximizing stock availability to meet service level targets.
- Oversee logistics operations and general administrative functions to support store efficiency.
- Assist the Line Manager in controlling the issuance of purchase orders and managing OPEX/CAPEX for Goods Not for Resale (GNFR) supplies, ensuring proper use, management, and distribution.
- Support the timely and accurate generation of reports, facilitating their distribution to relevant departments.
- Expedite procurement processes for store supplies and assist with processing payment requests for non-trade items.
- Ensure proper handling and bookkeeping of the petty cash fund under the guidance of the Line Manager.
- Coordinate the preparation of signage requests for merchandise displays to enhance store presentation.
- Document sales and expense records for designated periods to maintain accurate financial tracking.
- Assist in auditing sales, bank remittances, store fixed assets related to maintenance and IT, change funds, and petty cash funds.
- Reconcile financial and operational reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor store shrinkage and assist the Line Manager in implementing control measures.
