DEPUTY BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST

The Deputy Business Process Analyst role is a permanent, entry-level position based in Islamabad, Pakistan. This role requires a candidate with a Master’s degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably within an international donor agency, policy institute, or a multinational organization. The successful candidate will contribute to identifying and analyzing political, regulatory, and community risks that could impact business operations. They will support data-driven decision-making by developing reports, dashboards, and communication materials, while also playing a key role in planning and implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects. The position demands strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with a focus on sustainability and corporate identity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify emerging political, regulatory, and community-related risks and conduct thorough impact analyses to assess their potential effects on business operations.
- Support decision-making processes by creating data-driven reports and dashboards; design newsletters, project proposals, and other communication tools as needed.
- Facilitate the planning, design, and execution of CSR projects, ensuring effective representation of joint ventures and MOL Pakistan. This includes conducting impact assessments, measuring social and environmental outcomes, and recommending improvements.
- Maintain consistency in language, tone, messaging, and corporate identity across all communication materials.
- Assist in developing content calendars and campaigns, drafting communication materials that effectively convey impact stories and highlight the company’s CSR initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Development Studies, Sustainability Sciences, or Public Policy.
- 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in an international donor agency, policy institute, or a leading multinational organization.

Professional Competencies:
- Excellent writing skills with a strong command of language and communication.
- Knowledge of Pakistan’s energy sector and outlook.
- Proficiency in economic analysis, strategy development, business planning, internal communications, and project management.
- Familiarity with sustainability standards and reporting frameworks.
