Deputy Director IT Infrastructure (MP-III Scale)

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the delivery of cloud and on-premises infrastructure strategies that align with organizational goals. This role focuses on the deployment of infrastructure into the cloud, encompassing design, implementation, and automation. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to analyze business requirements and develop effective IT solutions. They will also play a critical role in defining IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes while ensuring service level objectives related to availability, performance, and incident management are met.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and automation of cloud and on-premises infrastructure aligned with business objectives.
- Define, measure, and achieve key Service Level Objectives (SLOs), including availability, performance, and incident resolution.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to analyze business needs and develop appropriate IT infrastructure solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) architecture and automation, covering both cloud and on-prem deployments.
- Conduct assessments of third-party solutions and provide expert input throughout the procurement process.
- Oversee network infrastructure projects from procurement through to operational readiness and service activation.

Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Sciences, Information Technology, or a closely related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in the IT sector.
OR
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or an MBA specializing in CIST, IT, MIS, or a relevant discipline, accompanied by at least 5 years of professional experience in the IT field.
