Deputy Manager - Civil

We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer with 6 to 8 years of practical experience in managing civil construction, renovation, and maintenance projects. The successful candidate will take charge of planning, executing, supervising, and monitoring projects to ensure they are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet established quality standards. This role demands strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, supervise, and monitor civil construction, renovation, and maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion within approved budgets and adherence to quality standards. Prepare and review civil drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, contractors' bills, and project documentation using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Navisworks is considered an additional advantage. Assist in conducting periodic structural audits of factory buildings as required, identifying any structural defects or issues. Detect structural defects, cracks, and retrofitting needs, and develop comprehensive rectification plans to address these concerns. Exhibit strong leadership and team management skills, along with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, to ensure efficient project execution and optimal resource utilization. Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to resolve technical challenges, operational issues, and project-related complaints promptly. Ensure effective project planning, cost control, time management, and the implementation of construction best practices to meet organizational objectives and maintain high standards.

Required Qualifications
MSc Civil Engineering or BSc Civil Engineering degree. A minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in civil engineering project management and execution.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
