Deputy Manager Corporate Fundraising

The Deputy Manager Corporate Fundraising position is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore District. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners to secure both financial and in-kind support for IHHN’s programs and growth initiatives. The Deputy Manager will develop and implement effective fundraising strategies, prepare proposals and presentations for corporate donors, and coordinate donor visits, events, and campaigns. This position requires close collaboration with internal teams such as finance, communications, and program departments to ensure fundraising efforts align with the organization’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with corporate partners and donors to secure funding and support.
- Develop comprehensive fundraising strategies, proposals, and presentations tailored to corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage donor visits, fundraising events, and campaigns to enhance engagement and support.
- Track and analyze fundraising performance metrics, preparing timely and accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent and professional communication with donors, maintaining stewardship and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, communications, and program departments to align fundraising activities with organizational priorities.
- Stay updated on trends and opportunities in corporate social responsibility to maximize partnership potential.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in fundraising, donor relationship management, and stakeholder engagement, particularly within corporate and CSR environments.
- Strong skills in proposal writing, report drafting, and presentation development, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in project planning, campaign management, and event coordination, preferably in nonprofit or corporate settings.
- Ability to analyze data, monitor fundraising outcomes, and prepare detailed financial and progress reports.
- Capacity to work collaboratively with diverse teams and maintain professional relationships with various partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field is required.
- Relevant experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, sales, or business development, ideally within healthcare or the social sector.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to IHHN’s mission of providing accessible, free-of-cost quality healthcare.
