Deputy Manager Corporate Fundraising

The Deputy Manager Corporate Fundraising position is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore District. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners to secure both financial and in-kind support for IHHN’s programs and expansion efforts. The incumbent will develop and implement fundraising strategies, prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for corporate donors, and coordinate donor visits, events, and campaigns. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams such as finance, communications, and program departments to ensure fundraising activities align with organizational goals. Additionally, the Deputy Manager will monitor fundraising performance, maintain timely communication and stewardship with donors, and stay updated on corporate social responsibility trends to foster sustainable partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with corporate partners to secure funding and in-kind contributions.
- Develop comprehensive fundraising strategies, proposals, and presentations tailored to corporate donors.
- Coordinate donor engagement activities including visits, events, and fundraising campaigns.
- Track and analyze fundraising performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with donors, maintaining strong stewardship practices.
- Collaborate with finance, communications, and program teams to align fundraising initiatives with organizational priorities.
- Stay informed on trends and opportunities in corporate social responsibility to enhance partnership development.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in fundraising, donor relationship management, and stakeholder engagement, particularly within corporate and CSR environments.
- Strong skills in proposal writing, report drafting, and presentation development, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience in project planning, campaign management, and event coordination within nonprofit or corporate sectors.
- Ability to analyze data, monitor fundraising outcomes, and prepare accurate financial and progress reports.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and maintain professional relationships with diverse partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field. A master’s degree is considered an advantage.
- Relevant background in fundraising, corporate partnerships, sales, or business development, preferably in healthcare or social sectors.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to IHHN’s mission of providing accessible, free-of-cost quality healthcare.
