We are seeking a Deputy Manager specializing in HR, Industrial Relations (IR), and Administration to oversee operations across multiple factory locations in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within the manufacturing industry and be adept at managing labor relations, workforce planning, and administrative functions. This role requires frequent travel to factory sites located in Nawabshah and Thatta, ensuring seamless coordination between various stakeholders including unions, government authorities, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR, IR, and administrative functions across factory locations, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
- Handle labor relations, including addressing grievances and disciplinary matters promptly and fairly.
- Oversee workforce requirements, including local hiring and manpower planning to meet production demands.
- Coordinate effectively with unions/Collective Bargaining Agents (CBA), government authorities, and other relevant stakeholders to maintain harmonious industrial relations.
- Supervise administration related to factory, plant, employee colonies, and general site operations.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in HR, IR, and Administration, specifically within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and union/CBA matters is essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills to manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, for effective data management and reporting.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to factory sites in Nawabshah and Thatta.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- An MBA or MPA degree will be considered an advantage, enhancing strategic management capabilities.
- Prior experience working directly in factory or site environments is highly preferred to understand operational challenges better.
