This role involves conducting comprehensive risk-based audits across Head Office, Zone Offices, and project sites, with a focus on high-value and high-risk transactions. The auditor will also review procurement and vendor transactions, including quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and invoices, to detect any pricing or procedural irregularities. Additionally, performing market-rate benchmarking for significant purchases such as IT equipment, civil works, services, and other project-related costs is a key part of the job.
The role includes conducting physical and surprise checks of cash, petty cash, assets, inventory, equipment, and project installations to ensure compliance and safeguard resources. Evaluating internal controls and financial processes to identify control gaps, irregularities, potential fraud risks, and opportunities for cost optimization is essential. The auditor will prepare clear and timely internal audit reports that highlight key observations, financial impacts, risk areas, and recommended corrective actions. Presenting significant audit findings and risk matters to senior management and providing periodic updates on major observations and emerging control issues is also required. Follow-up on audit observations and monitoring management’s actions to ensure timely and sustainable resolution of identified weaknesses is critical to this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk-based audits of Head Office, Zone Offices, and project sites focusing on high-value and high-risk transactions.

Required Qualifications
- CA Finalist, ACCA, ACMA, CIA, MBA Finance, M.Com, or equivalent professional qualification.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Finance, Risk & Compliance, or a similar function.
- Strong expertise in internal audit, risk assessment, and internal control evaluation.
- Proficiency in financial, procurement, and project cost audits, including expenditure and billing verification.
- Strong capability in cost analysis, market-rate benchmarking, and commercial evaluation.
- Sound understanding of IT infrastructure, equipment procurement, civil works, imports, and project-based operations.
- Proficient in data analysis, audit working papers, exception reporting, and management-level audit reporting.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, financial reporting, procurement controls, data analysis, and audit documentation is preferred.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs150,000 to Rs180,000.
