Deputy Manager

We are seeking a skilled Deputy Manager to oversee Cold Storage Operations within the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing client relationships, distribution logistics, and business development activities. This role requires a hands-on professional who can ensure smooth coordination between clients and operational teams, maintain accurate inventory records, and drive growth through new client acquisition and business recovery efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients to manage loading, offloading, and distribution schedules efficiently.
- Ensure timely and accurate inventory reconciliation, providing updated stock reports to clients regularly.
- Monitor service levels, enforce FIFO compliance, verify order accuracy, and address client complaints promptly.
- Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
- Manage client recoveries and outstanding payments to meet assigned financial targets.
- Focus on client retention strategies, business recovery initiatives, and regaining lost accounts.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Cold Storage Operations specifically within the FMCG industry is essential.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems, distribution processes, and FIFO procedures.
- Demonstrated ability in client relationship management and business development.
- Experience handling payment recoveries and managing outstanding balances effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage teams and client interactions.

This position is based in Islamabad, Pakistan, and requires the candidate to work on-site. The salary range for this role is PKR 80,000 to 150,000 per month, reflecting experience and qualifications.
