The Deputy Manager of Quality and Monitoring plays a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of JCIA accreditation and quality improvement activities within the hospital. Reporting directly to the Manager, this position involves conducting audits and compliance reviews, coordinating improvement projects, and supporting risk management and reporting functions. The goal is to enhance overall quality and patient safety across clinical and support departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and implementation of JCIA accreditation and quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct quality audits, tracers, and compliance reviews across various clinical and support units.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on clinical practices, operational processes, incident reporting, and environmental factors from a patient safety perspective.
- Coordinate quality improvement projects and oversee the implementation of corrective actions.
- Analyze quality indicators, KPIs, and audit results to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and updating of institutional policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality documentation.
- Facilitate staff training and awareness sessions focused on quality, patient safety, and accreditation standards.
- Support risk management activities, including incident reporting, root cause analysis, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare quality reports, presentations, and performance dashboards for management review.

Required Qualifications
- MBBS, BDS, D-Pharm, DPT, BSN with MBA, MSN, Masters in Healthcare Management, or MS in Public Health.
- 5 to 6 years of experience in a healthcare institution or related field with demonstrated exposure to quality and accreditation programs.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with excellent communication abilities in English and Urdu.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Quality Management System (QMS) tools.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Diploma or Certification in Healthcare Quality or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) is preferred.
