Accrescent Engineers (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager Projects – BTD to join their team for ongoing projects based in Multan. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of relevant experience and possess a strong background in electrical engineering, particularly in BTD and busbar systems. This role demands hands-on site supervision, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and effective project management to ensure timely and quality execution of busbar trunking projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the installation of BTD (Busbar Trunking Distribution) and busbar systems at project sites.
- Review project documentation including drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), specifications, and overall project requirements to ensure alignment with execution plans.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain smooth project flow.
- Oversee site manpower, subcontractors, materials, and installation activities to ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, resource allocation, and costs to maintain control over project delivery.
- Ensure installation quality by verifying adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Facilitate testing, commissioning, inspection, snag rectification, and final handover processes.
- Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to management for review and decision-making.
- Enforce compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies as well as quality assurance standards.
- Address and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly to avoid delays and ensure successful project completion.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Sc.) or a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical.
- Strong technical knowledge of BTD, busbar trunking, and busway systems.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), and General Arrangement (GA) drawings.
- Demonstrated ability in site management, coordination, and leadership with a hands-on approach.
- Good command of MS Office applications; familiarity with MS Project or Primavera is considered an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Multan and travel to various project locations as required.
