Deputy Manager QAQC (Electronics)

Accurate Pvt. Ltd, a sister company of IZHAR Construction Company Pvt Ltd and a leading manufacturer of digital meters, is looking to hire a full-time, on-site Deputy Manager for Quality Assurance and Quality Control. This role is based at our factory located in Sundar Estates. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in quality control and assurance specifically related to digital meters, ensuring that all products meet stringent quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and test energy meters, mechanical parts, and electrical components to verify compliance with design specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety regulations.
- Conduct functional, dimensional, and visual inspections using various measuring instruments, test setups, and electrical testing equipment.
- Monitor production processes closely to detect any quality issues and ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate records of inspection data, analyze findings, prepare detailed quality reports, and assist in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate effectively with design, production, and maintenance teams to address quality-related challenges and support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering.
- A minimum of 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and quality control, preferably within the digital meters manufacturing industry.
