Deputy Manager Sales (Freight Forwarding) (Import)

Raaziq Group (RIL Logistics) is a well-established and trusted name in customs clearance services, catering to prominent importers and exporters throughout Pakistan. We are currently looking to hire a Manager Sales and an Assistant Manager Sales for our Import Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding division based in Karachi. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, supporting regional sales operations, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This role requires a thorough understanding of the import process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver customized logistics solutions primarily focused on import customs clearance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in sales related to import customs clearance.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of import customs clearance procedures and the overall import process.
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding, customs clearance, transport, and warehousing sectors.
- Conduct daily market visits to develop new business, prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their logistics requirements and offering appropriate solutions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies to optimize profits and minimize operational costs.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Utilize MS Office proficiently for reporting, presentations, and communication.
- Candidates must have their own vehicle or conveyance to facilitate client visits and job-related travel.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- 5 to 6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in import customs clearance.
