Deputy Medical Superintendent

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced healthcare professional to lead and manage hospital operations effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background combined with substantial experience in hospital or clinical administration. This role requires overseeing daily hospital functions, ensuring high standards of patient care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The successful candidate will work closely with both medical and administrative teams to foster a collaborative environment and support the Medical Superintendent in resource management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall hospital operations and management to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Ensure the delivery of quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards across all departments.
- Supervise and guide medical and administrative staff to maintain high performance and professionalism.
- Coordinate activities between clinical and non-clinical departments to promote integrated healthcare services.
- Enforce hospital policies and ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.
- Assist the Medical Superintendent in managing resources effectively and preparing necessary reports.

Required Qualifications:
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in hospital or clinical administration, demonstrating strong leadership and operational skills.
