Responsibilities

  • Define scope, prioritize and schedule customer-centric product strategy and roadmap
  • Create wireframes, mock-ups, and work closely with our design and engineering teams to architect the next generation of our site and products.
  • Social media marketing and management (maintain company’s social presence Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and etc.)
  • Maintain editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Work closely with analytics to understand performance and key drivers
  • Managing trigger email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximise sales.
  • Carrying out segmentation of the database and implementing remarketing strategies

Requirements

  • Be self-starter, multi-tasker, effective communicator and motivator that brings out the best in people.
  • Understand technical, business and marketing aspect of digital product/brand
  • Have solid working knowledge of Google Analytics and other tracking tools
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Ecommerce experience, email automation (AgileCRM, ActiveCampaign and etc.)
