Dermatologist / Aesthetic Physician

We are seeking a skilled Dermatologist / Aesthetic Physician to join our dynamic aesthetic clinic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients’ skin conditions and delivering personalized treatment plans using advanced dermatological and aesthetic procedures. This role requires expertise in performing clinical treatments with fractional CO2 lasers, HIFU units, and RF microneedling devices, along with administering aesthetic injectables. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to medical safety protocols and maintain detailed patient records while managing post-procedure care effectively. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess skin health and develop customized aesthetic treatment plans.
- Perform clinical procedures using fractional CO2 lasers, HIFU units, and RF microneedling devices.
- Administer aesthetic injectables and advanced dermatological treatments with precision and care.
- Maintain strict compliance with medical safety standards, sanitation protocols, and operational guidelines.
- Document patient records accurately, including treatment parameters and clinical progress notes.
- Manage post-procedure care, monitoring patients for any complications and providing appropriate interventions.

Required Qualifications

- MBBS degree with specialization in Dermatology (FCPS/MCPS) or an equivalent certification in aesthetic medicine.
- Valid registration with the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC).
- Proven hands-on experience with advanced energy-based aesthetic devices such as fractional CO2 lasers, HIFU, and RF microneedling.

Aesthetic Clinic Project Requirements

To support the clinic’s operational excellence, the following infrastructure, equipment, staffing, and marketing strategies are essential:

Facility & Infrastructure
- Secure a commercial space designed specifically for medical aesthetics, including a welcoming reception area, private consultation offices, and dedicated treatment rooms.
- Upgrade interiors to meet clinical-grade hygiene standards, install specialized ventilation systems for laser rooms, and ensure full compliance with healthcare facility regulations.
- Implement reliable backup power solutions to avoid interruptions during energy-based treatments.

Equipment Procurement
- Source core technology such as fractional CO2 lasers, HIFU units, and RF microneedling devices through B2B platforms like Alibaba.
- Establish supply chains for clinical consumables, topical anesthetics, and premium skincare products.
- Obtain comprehensive vendor warranties, maintenance agreements, and technical support for all imported equipment.

Staffing & Recruitment
- Recruit a full clinical team including aestheticians, clinic managers, and patient care coordinators using job boards such as Indeed.
- Verify all medical credentials thoroughly and finalize employment contracts.
- Develop standard operating procedures covering daily operations, staff attendance, and customer service protocols.

Marketing & Launch Strategy
- Create professional branding assets, social media graphics, and promotional materials using design tools like Canva.
- Develop a competitive pricing model and introductory service packages to attract initial clients.
- Plan and execute a digital marketing campaign targeting the local demographic to generate interest ahead of the clinic’s official launch.
