Design And Engineering Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled AI Specialist to enhance departmental operations by implementing AI tools, automation solutions, and data analytics. The specialist will collaborate with teams across HR, Accounts & Finance, Construction, and Procurement to optimize processes, improve the accuracy of reporting, and support data-driven decision-making. This role requires a strong command of advanced Excel functions, dashboard creation, Power Query, and AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Copilot. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience and possess a Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. The AI Specialist engages directly with various departments to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements, leveraging data analysis and AI technologies to drive operational efficiency. The role does not include managing a team but involves working cross-functionally to support and enhance the company’s overall strategic objectives through innovative AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI and automation solutions to improve operational processes in HR, Accounts & Finance, Construction, and Procurement departments.
- Collaborate with departmental teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and create accurate and insightful dashboard reports for management.
- Use advanced Excel techniques and Power Query to manipulate data sets and generate meaningful reports.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and similar platforms to automate routine tasks and enhance data analytics capabilities.
- Support process optimization initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and recommending AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare comprehensive reports to aid in decision-making and strategic planning across multiple departments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current AI technologies and trends to continuously improve departmental AI applications and reporting tools.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and automation processes.
- Provide training and support to departmental staff on AI tools and data-driven practices as required.
- Work collaboratively with IT and data engineering teams to integrate AI solutions with existing data infrastructure.
