1- Responsible of work execution of Site (Technical, administrative, execution)
2- Ensure that the attendance of Subordinate staff is as per preset staff timings.
3- Delegate responsibilities to the subordinate staff.
4- Implementing work/Activity plan given by PM.
5- Study the shop drawings and supervise construction and finishing works in accordance with Shop drawings for every activity of site.
6- 100 % responsible for quality of work. Must execute the work in the best practice.
7- Labor management: Ensure maximum utilization of labor and get the work as per standards and as per schedule. Report to PM for any discrepancy in quality or quantity.
8- Material Management: Raise demand of required material four days before actual usage. Ensure that work is not to be stopped due to reasons like unavailability of Labor or Material.
9- Ensuring the progress and quality of work.
10- Economize the working of labor thereby to reduce the overall cost.
11- (100% Responsible ) Ensure the materials to be used strictly as per given shop Drawings. Make sure that no material is wasted or used extra than the paid item.
1- Ensure the materials to be executed strictly as per the Bill of Quantities.
2- Verifying physically the Quantity of vendor bills and give written remarks if quality is bad.
3- Economize the overall working thereby to reduce the overall cost.
4- Obey Task given by Management time to time
