1. The position required 15 days a month on project site Naval Anchorage Gwadar and remaining at the Head office Lahore.
2. Overall Responsible of Work Execution at Site.
3. Custodian of all project related activities.
4. Responsible of preparing site execution plan and monthly report.
5. Responsible of all Administrative and Technical issues at site
6. Correspondence with all stakeholders of the project i.e., clients, consultants, project team and Head office team.
7. Take lead and act as a company representative on any issues raised by the client.
8. Responsible for all payments made for the projects are within the budget and according to the contract.
9. Custodian of the project site assets & site security.
10. Planning of machinery, material and labor utilization.
11. Optimum utilization of material, machinery and labor.
12. Implement project schedule, work plan as per project cost targets.
13. Project work is completed as per parameters in time frame to ensure smooth processing of IPC.
14. Ensure proper allocation of staff and ensure monitoring of their performance.
15. Advise manpower requirements.
16. Ensure timely processing of IPC.
17. Inform project coordinator and contract manager on variation order and claims in view of contracts.
18. Responsible to highlight any discrepancies in the work schedule and provide justification when the deadlines are not met to Competent Authority well in time.
19. To remove bottlenecks at site whether due to project team, resources or client.
Ensure relevant tests are conducted and reported by surveyor, lab technician, CM.
