Design Sales Closer

Experts Communication is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Design Sales Closer to join our team in North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in selling design services who excel at converting leads into clients, negotiating effectively, and closing high-value deals. The position operates from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with weekends off. We offer a market-competitive salary complemented by performance-based incentives, with monthly targets ranging from $5,000 to $15,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients interested in design services.
- Manage both inbound and outbound leads, ensuring timely and consistent follow-ups.
- Present design solutions clearly and persuasively to meet client requirements.
- Close sales by demonstrating value and building trust with clients.
- Maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to develop tailored client solutions.
- Stay informed about current design trends and monitor market competition.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in design sales or a similar sales role.
- Strong skills in closing deals, negotiation, and consultative selling.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach to work.
