We are looking for a dedicated Discord/Twitch Executive to join our team full-time. This role focuses on managing and growing online communities on Discord and Twitch, primarily during night shifts from 10 PM to 6 AM. The position is based in Kazimabad Model Colony, Karachi, and offers a monthly salary between Rs20,000 and Rs30,000, along with commission opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or community management, with a solid understanding of gaming and streaming platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and expand active communities on Discord and Twitch to boost engagement and strengthen brand presence. Engage with Twitch streamers, moderators, and followers to create a lively and supportive community environment. Promote company services through live chats, raids, and collaborations with streamers. Build and maintain relationships with streamers to identify partnership and sales opportunities. Moderate chat sessions, respond promptly to inquiries, and escalate promising leads to the sales team for further action.
Required Qualifications
1 to 2 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or community management. Strong communication skills with proficiency in English to effectively interact with a diverse audience. Familiarity with gaming and streaming platforms, especially Discord and Twitch, to efficiently manage and navigate online communities.
