Design Sales Excutive

K.H. Solutionz is seeking a motivated and target-driven Design Sales Executive to join our team in Karachi. This full-time, in-person role focuses on generating new leads and selling our range of graphic design and creative services. The ideal candidate will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored design solutions including branding, social media design, and logo creation. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to maintain lasting client relationships while meeting monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
- Promote and sell graphic design, branding, social media design, logo design, and other creative services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate design services or packages.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Maintain professional communication and build strong customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate terms with clients when necessary.
- Coordinate closely with the design team to ensure client expectations are clearly conveyed and met.
- Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, sales, and client information.
- Consistently meet and strive to exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities to contribute to company growth.

Required Qualifications

- Previous experience in sales, preferably within graphic design, digital marketing, advertising, or a creative agency environment.
- Solid understanding of graphic design and creative services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
- Strong ability to comprehend customer needs and successfully close sales.
- Effective follow-up and customer relationship management capabilities.
- Experience in B2B sales is advantageous.
- Familiarity with design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools is a plus.
- Highly motivated, confident, and target-oriented mindset.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs25,000 to Rs35,000, commensurate with experience and performance.

This role requires the candidate to work on-site in Karachi, ensuring close collaboration with the design team and direct client interaction.
