Design Sales Executive (Chat Based)

Cryptical Software House is seeking a motivated Sales Executive for a chat-based night shift role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and closing new sales opportunities by engaging with both new and existing customers through consultative selling. This position requires proactive lead generation, effective communication, and the ability to meet sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions accordingly.
- Consistently meet monthly sales targets and daily outreach goals within working hours.
- Promote and market sales services through social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Identify new sales opportunities and communicate them to the team leader.
- Provide clients with detailed information regarding services, quotations, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Manage day-to-day client issues and ensure customer satisfaction for both new and existing clients.
- Follow up with new clients to maximize revenue generation.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably in a chat-based or online environment.
- Strong communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing in English.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets ranging from $1,000 to $10,000.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with effective negotiation techniques.
- Superior time management skills and a consistent track record of meeting deadlines.
- Ability to identify and acquire new customers, expanding the customer database.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in international sales, dealing with English-speaking B2B and B2C clients is highly desirable.
- Full-time employment with a monthly salary range of Rs30,000 to Rs35,000.
- Work is onsite during night shift hours, Monday through Friday, providing a structured schedule.
