Design Sales Executive

K.H. Solutionz is seeking a motivated and target-driven Design Sales Executive to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and selling our range of graphic design and creative services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of design services, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. The position is full-time and requires working on-site.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads using calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
- Promote and sell graphic design, branding, social media design, and other creative services to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate design packages tailored to their requirements.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to convert prospects into paying customers.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate terms with clients when necessary.
- Maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and met.
- Track and manage leads, sales progress, follow-ups, and conversions systematically.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets set by the company.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within graphic design, digital marketing, advertising, or a creative agency environment.
- Solid understanding of graphic design and creative service offerings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs effectively and close sales successfully.
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage customer relationships professionally.
- Experience in B2B sales is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software is an advantage.
