Design Sales Representative

We are seeking motivated, creative, and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Chat-Based Design Sales Representatives for a US-based design campaign. In this role, you will engage with potential and existing customers through live chat platforms, helping them understand and select the best design services to meet their needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while working in a dynamic environment aligned with US time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing customers via live chat platforms to provide prompt and professional assistance.
- Understand customer requirements thoroughly and recommend suitable design services and solutions.
- Convert incoming chat inquiries into confirmed sales and orders by effectively communicating the value of our offerings.
- Explain design concepts, service packages, pricing structures, and project deliverables clearly to customers.
- Follow up with interested prospects to maximize conversion rates and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent written English communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities to influence customer decisions positively.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate design solutions.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills to manage multiple chats and resolve queries efficiently.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.

Shift:
This is a full-time position requiring availability during US time zones, primarily night shifts.

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is Rs20,000 to Rs90,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.

Work Location:
This position requires in-person attendance at the designated office location.
