Design Team Lead – UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a seasoned and innovative Design Team Lead – UI/UX Designer to join our team in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. This full-time, on-site role requires a professional with 6 to 7 years of experience who can lead and inspire a design team while delivering exceptional user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong hands-on background in UI/UX design combined with proven leadership capabilities to manage projects and mentor team members effectively. Candidates must be residents of Islamabad and willing to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the UI/UX and design team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Oversee the entire UI/UX design lifecycle, from research and wireframing to final design and handoff to development teams.
- Design intuitive, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile platforms.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals.
- Conduct user research and analyze behavior to continuously improve the user experience.
- Maintain and enhance design systems, style guides, and ensure brand consistency across all digital products.
- Review designs created by team members, providing constructive feedback to uphold quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and meet modern web and mobile standards.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Identify and resolve design challenges with creative and practical solutions.
- Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices to keep the team and products competitive.
- Guarantee consistency and quality across all digital platforms and products.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6 to 7 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Proven experience in senior roles such as Senior Designer, Design Lead, or Team Lead.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, user research methodologies, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality UI/UX projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage a design team effectively.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
- Solid knowledge of modern web and mobile design standards.
- Must be a resident of Islamabad and willing to work on-site at Gulberg Greens.
