We're looking for experienced and motivated embroidery digitizing and vector art sales agents to join our team and help us expand our business in the USA and Canada. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with cold calling and have a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers in the USA and Canada
- Identify sales opportunities and close deals
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Intermediate English language proficiency (preferred)
- 1 year of cold calling experience (required)
- Availability to work from 9 pm to 5 am, Monday to Friday
Notes:
- This is a full-time position.
- Experience selling to businesses in the USA and Canada is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
