Designer

We are looking for a talented and innovative Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design portfolio showcasing a variety of design applications and a sharp eye for detail. In this role, you will create compelling visual content that aligns with client needs and strengthens brand identity across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative design solutions for diverse projects, including brand identity, marketing materials, and digital content.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design outputs meet client objectives and expectations.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to deadlines.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all design work and platforms.
- Stay informed about industry trends and integrate best practices into design processes.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh and innovative ideas to enhance team creativity.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Designer, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates a broad range of design skills and creativity.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Excellent understanding of visual design principles such as typography, layout, and color theory.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to present design concepts clearly and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to accept creative direction and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional design experience.
- Availability to work full-time on-site.
- Demonstrated ability to produce engaging, high-quality designs under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills:
- Experience with UX/UI design and familiarity with tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software is an advantage.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and web design principles is beneficial.
