Designer

We are looking for a skilled and creative Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will bring a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design capabilities and a sharp attention to detail. This role involves producing visually engaging content that aligns with client needs and strengthens brand identity across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative design solutions for projects including brand identity, marketing collateral, and digital media.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet client objectives and expectations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within established deadlines.
- Ensure brand consistency is maintained across all design outputs and platforms.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and integrate best practices into design processes.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas to enhance creative outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Designer with a portfolio that demonstrates a wide range of creative skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles such as typography, layout, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for presenting concepts and collaborating effectively.
- Ability to accept creative direction and incorporate constructive feedback into design revisions.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional design experience.
- Availability to work full-time on-site.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging, high-quality designs under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with UX/UI design and familiarity with tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software is an advantage.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and web design principles is beneficial.
