Designer - Processing ( Digital Printing)

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Designer specializing in Processing for Digital Printing to join our team in Rawalpindi. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the quality and efficiency of our digital printing operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong grasp of digital printing workflows, and excellent attention to detail to ensure production-ready outputs meet high standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare production-ready digital textile designs that meet client specifications.
- Perform shade matching and color correction to maintain consistency and quality.
- Set up design parameters and prepare strike-offs (S/Offs) for approval and production.
- Support the digital printing production process to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate design data and artwork records for reference and quality control.
- Coordinate closely with Production and Quality teams to resolve any issues and improve processes.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level of Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS/I.Com).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and NeoStampa software.
- Strong understanding of digital textile printing processes and workflows.
- Expertise in shade matching and color management techniques.
- Knowledge of fabric pre-treatment and post-treatment processes relevant to digital printing.
- Experience operating digital printing machines.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word for documentation and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Textile Designing, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related fields is preferred.
- Relevant experience in digital textile printing or textile processing will be considered an advantage.
- Experience with shade management for export customers such as Ashley Wilde, NEXT, ZAKO, and Pottery Barn is highly desirable.
